To create e-pin login to your new account on the new portal.

Lastly click on change/set ePIN

Loss of ePIN can lead to complete loss of your account
Click on NEXT to proceed
– Choose a 4-digit number which you can easily remember
-Re-enter the same number in the second space provided and click next
-Then click summit. A successful message will be shown as ePIN successfully changed.
That’s it.

STEP 3

Update your bank account details &/or bitcoin
-Click on MY ACCOUNT on the menu
-Then click on manage Bank/Bitcoin
when it opens click on either Register Bank account or Register Bitcoin, you can register both if you are using both naira and bitcoin.

This is the last step for new members and old members who do not have outstanding money on the old portal.
But for old members who still have outstanding GH not yet redeem will proceed to step four

STEP 4

This is for old members with outstanding GH
ACCOUNT MIGRATION AND LINKAGE
-Click on menu
-Then click on MIGRATION
– And finally click on link account
– After you are done a code will be sent to your email. login to your mail then copy the code and input it in the space provided for verification code. then click summit.
Account Migration
The Account migration utility is designed to move all your Pending GH Payments into the Xclusive Portal.
Quick steps for migration

1. Provide Old account email & password
2. Click on link sent to your email to confirm your identity and ownership
3. Review system scan of your outstanding payments
4. Confirm and agree to the values by submitting request
5. Once completed, System will automatically start pairing you monthly to receive the payments
6. PHing will help you receive all your outstandings faster
7. Unconfirmed PH Payments will cause the migration utility to fail. Please resolve and try again

For old members who have outstanding GH need to PH again to facilitate your GH. It must not necessarily be the amount you PH in the old portal. you can start from little but note that the amount you PH will determine the amount you will get from your outstanding GH monthly. PH only the amount you can pay because failure to pay after been matched might make you lose all your outstanding GH.
